Ingredients

3 cups peeled and sliced apples
3/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp lemon juice

Crumble Topping

1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cups flour
1 cups rolled oats
1/2 cups chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
4 tbsp softened butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Step 1 Make a pie crust, for which there is a recipe on this site. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2 Peel and slice apples, mix all pie ingredients together in one bowl. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Step 3 Mix all Crumble Topping ingredients together in another bowl. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
Step 4 Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until pie is bubbling and apples feel tender to an inserted knife or fork.
