These muffins are great as an afternoon snack with hot herbal tea, or with scrambled eggs for breakfast.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour 18 muffin tins.
- Mix all ingredients together. Mix as little as possible. Spoon into muffin tins.
- Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until slightly brown on top. (These are dense and don't rise much.) Serve with lots of butter!
